iungo Solutions Limited (“iungo”) is an HR solutions start-up. We provide technology and HR consultancy solutions that create the connective tissue between employers, training providers, and government. Our engineering team develops EdTech, JobTech, and CareerTech products for young professionals, job changers, and the unemployed and through our partnership with UWTSD, iungo designs and delivers training for budding entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs in South Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-oriented and motivated individual to join a socially-oriented tech start-up shortly after the launch of its second product, a Careers Platform for schools. You will work directly with the Chief Executive to drive forward the growth of the HR Solutions business.

You will be given a high level of freedom in developing client relationships and providing organisational solutions, whilst being supported by the leadership team. You will be expected to:

  • Develop and implement new HR solutions and services.
  • Develop and nurture new and existing client relationships.
  • Evolve HR and learning and development (L&D) strategy.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop introductory and special offers.
  • Manage all employee and internal communications.
  • Foster a culture of engagement and wellbeing.
  • Maintain employee records and support with HR enquiries.
  • Lead recruitment projects and be the face of iungo when onboarding candidates.
  • Build upon iungo’s Employer Brand and Employer Value Proposition.
  • Design employee wellbeing and community support initiatives.
  • Participate in internal and external cross functional projects.
  • Support line managers and provide basic training on HR topics.
  • Promote HR best practice across the organisation.
  • Represent iungo at virtual careers and HR events.

You will develop your HR skills and receive one-to-one Career Coaching. Your work will directly impact the success of the organisation and its HR solutions. This is a unique opportunity in which you will play a key role in building a new start-up, with exposure to all key business activities.

You will report directly into the Chief Executive.
