Signature Property Finance is a principal lender providing short term property finance to property developers, landlords, limited companies and investors. We are looking for a finance graduate (or graduate in a similar field), to join us as a Client Relationship Executive. You will join a busy team and benefit from working alongside, and learning from, one of our Relationship Managers, supporting them to attend to our client’s requirements during the lending process.

Our open-plan office encourages a collaborative working environment, where you will be part of a team of other graduates, some of whom have progressed into senior roles within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate eager to impress and build a successful career within the property finance sector.

 

As a Client Relationship Executive, you will benefit from a tailored development plan suited to your skills and behaviours. Once fully trained, you will support the Relationship Manager, through the lending process by:

 

  • Performing credit searches, bank statements, financial accounts, property valuations and business appraisals to assist lending decisions.
  • Developing relationships with external contacts such as brokers, customers, surveyors and solicitors, as well as internal teams to ensure all lending requirements are fulfilled.
  • Assisting the manager in a pipeline of cases through to completion, ensuring company standards and regulatory requirements are met.
  • Communicating efficiently with clients, internal teams, and external contacts over the phone and on email.
  • Evaluating client’s details and creating detailed records on each case via our case management system.
  • Keeping up to date on industry standards and regulations such as fraud prevention.

To be successful in your application, you will:

  • Be a recent finance graduate, accountancy graduate, or graduate in a similar field.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, with good time-management skills.
  • Have good attention to detail and be able to accurately collect and input data.
  • Have strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both written and verbal, and always embrace a ‘customer-focused’ approach.
