The Role

Our Experience Management team is looking for an experienced individual with the initiative, ability to learn quickly, and drive needed to support engagements with clients and vendors in French speaking markets.

Required

  • Native speaker or fluency in French
  • Business standard English
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Educated to degree level in STEM discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience of technical solutions, pre-sales or project management, in a client facing capacity
  • Hands-on experience in some of the following areas:
  • Data Management (advanced Excel, SQL, R, data visualisation, etc.)
  • Web Design (HTML, CSS, Content strategy, etc.)
  • Web Development (JavaScript / programming languages, API based integrations)

Desirable

  • SaaS platforms implementation, in particular:
  • Customer Management / CRM,
  • Experience Management / XM
  • Data Analytics
  • Stakeholder management
  • Experience designing business processes
