NMWTRA Risk Management Professional Trainee
Cynllun Yfory is a unique opportunity for anyone with a degree or a qualification which is equivalent or higher to develop a career at Gwynedd Council.
The scheme is an unique opportunity for a professional trainee to understand more about working in local government by getting various practical experiences from all levels of the organisation, to develop essential skills in the communication and engagement area, to develop their networks across the Council and beyond while at the same time gaining a Msc in Risk Management.
We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a commitment to developing strong interpersonal and technical skills in this specialist area. The successful candidate will gain experience in a number of specialist areas within the communication and engagement field, with a view to developing to become one of the future managers and leaders in this important discipline.

Mae Cynllun Yfory yn gyfle unigryw i unrhyw un sydd gyda gradd neu gymhwyster cyfwerth i ddatblygu gyrfa yng Nghyngor Gwynedd.
Mae'r cynllun yn rhoi cyfle i hyfforddeion proffesiynol i ddeall mwy am weithio i lywodraeth leol drwy gael amryw o brofiadau ymarferol o bob lefel o'r sefydliad, i ddatblygu sgiliau hanfodol yn y maes cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu, i ddatblygu rhwydweithiau ar draws y Cyngor a thu hwnt ac ar yr un pryd ennill cymhwyster Gradd Msc mewn Rheoli Risg.
Rydym yn chwilio am ymgeisydd brwdfrydig sydd â’r ymroddiad i ddatblygu sgiliau rhyngbersonol a thechnegol cryf yn y maes arbenigol yma. Bydd yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus yn cael profiad mewn nifer o feysydd arbenigol yn y maes cyfathrebu ac ymgysylltu, gyda golwg ar ddatblygu i ddod yn un o reolwyr ac arweinwyr y dyfodol yn y ddisgyblaeth bwysig hwn.
