Darogan Talent

Darogan was delighted to support a new campaign launched last week which aims to encourage those who have left north Wales to “Come back and Give back”.

The campaign was launched alongside our partners M-Sparc and Menter Môn (under their ‘Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050’ scheme), and promotes employment and business opportunities in north Wales, targeting people who have left to further their education or careers. The aim is to showcase the area as an ideal location to live and work – and in the long run, to encourage people to return and to contribute to the region’s economy.

The second aspect of the campaign is to reach out to those who have been successful in business or in their careers beyond the borders of north Wales and encourage them to give back in order to support new businesses in the area. Having developed contacts with Welsh people around the globe, campaign partners such as Darogan are appealing to people to register in the form below their interest to contribute, either of their time as mentors, or to invest financially to support new ventures in the area.

Roedd Darogan yn falch i gefnogi ymgyrch newydd a lansiwyd yr wythnos diwethaf sydd yn anelu at annog rhai sydd wedi gadael gogledd Cymru i “Ddod yn ôl a Rhoi yn ôl”.

Lansiwyd yr ymgyrch ar y cyd â’n partneriaid M-Sparc a Menter Môn (o dan eu cynllun ‘Llwyddo’n Lleol 2050’),ac mae’n hyrwyddo cyfleoedd cyflogaeth a busnes yng ngogledd Cymru, gan dargedupobl sydd wedi gadael er mwyn gwella’u haddysg neu eu gyrfa. Y nod yw arddangos yr ardal fel lleoliad delfrydol i fyw a gweithio ynddi – ac yn yr hir-dymor, annog pobl i ddychwelyd a chyfrannu i economi’r rhanbarth.

Ail agwedd yr ymgyrch yw estyn allan at y rheini sydd wedi bod yn llwyddiannus mewn busnes neu yn eu gyrfa y tu hwnt i ffiniau gogledd Cymru a’u hannog nhw i roi yn ôl er mwyn cefnogi busnesau newydd yn yr ardal. Wedi datblygu cysylltiadau â Chymry ar draws y byd, mae partneriaid yr ymgyrch fel Darogan yn apelio ar bobl i gofrestru yn y ffurflen isod eu diddordeb i gyfrannu, naill ai o’u hamser fel mentoriaid, neu i fuddsoddi’n ariannol er mwyn cefnogi mentrau newydd yn yr ardal.
